Our Coffee

Evoke Coffee is a family-owned business with a passion for roasting and producing a great coffee.

Coffee

We use Evoke’s bespoke Ricco Blend, a blend created from the world’s most aromatic coffee beans that are responsibly sourced and produce a rich, but delicate buttery-sweet flavour with a dark chocolate flavour on finishing. Low acidity, full bodied and lasting pleasant after taste.

Our staff have been Barista trained and follow the guidelines set out by the Universitá del Caffé illy (Trieste Italy)

  • The Perfect Cup

You know it’s a great cup of coffee when the crema has a nutty colour with red tinges and dark brown streaks with 3-4 mm of thick texture and full aroma, balanced and long lasting flavour.

  • The Moka Pot

The moka pot brews coffee by passing boiling water pressurised by steam through ground coffee. it was invented by Italian engineer Alfonso Bialetti in 1933 and quickly became one of the staples of Italian culture.

  • Supereme Beans

Peaberry, Kona, Nicaraguan & Mandheling are just a few of the myriad of coffee so what makes a coffee bean supreme? There is no real answer to that just like there is no such thing as the best tasting coffee. Taste is very, very individual. It will vary depending on your genetic makeup, which impacts on how your brain perceives different flavours, your upbringing, which more or less defines your taste preference for certain flavours over others, and your tastes as a whole but we believe that Evoke Coffee comes damn close!.

  • The Cofee Machine

Inception in 1930 by Achille Gaggia reinvented the entire coffee extraction process.Over the years there had been many modifications and today has set the benchmark for the manufacturers of other branded machines.

  • French Press

Also known as a cafetière, cafetière à piston, caffettiera a stantuffo, press pot, coffee press, or more commonly known as coffee plunger, is a coffee brewing device, although it can also be used for other tasks. In 1923 Ugo Paolini, an Italian, filed patent documents relating to a tomato juice separator and he developed the idea of making a coffee pot with a press action and a filter.

  • Coffee To Go

7-Eleven was the first convenience store company to serve coffee in to-go cups in 1964. It was previously impossible to take your beverage out of a store.
